Sliding Scale for Private Pay
If you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance, we offer a sliding scale based on household income and need.
Sliding scale sessions are available for all of our services.

Sliding scale spots are limited, but we will always do our best to find a fee that works for your situation. Please reach out directly via email or phone to inquire — no formal documentation is required to start the conversation. Clients who are able to pay at the higher end of the scale make it possible for us to accept more folks who are able to pay at the bottom of the scale or lose their insurance during treatment. We believe in mutual aid and community support over profit.
Payment Methods
We accept:
-
Credit or debit cards
-
Private payment through SimplePractice
-
Insurance billing (we file claims for you)

No Surprises Guarantee
As required by law, uninsured and self-pay clients will receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing before services begin.
