Individual Symptom Evaluation
Before the program begins, each participant will complete an individual symptom evaluation.

Weeks 1–8: The Rewire & Recovery Program
The core of the Acute Brain Injury: The Rewire & Recovery Program consists of 8 weekly 60-minute virtual group therapy sessions. Each session includes practical tools and support. Supporters are active participants and will receive their own materials and space for reflection.
Each survivor will receive individualized interventions, care coordination with their medical team, and referrals to other brain injury recovery specialists based on the unique symptoms and goals of the survivor.

Evaluation and Transition
After the program, each participant will complete a post-program and symptom evaluation to celebrate changes, target future interventions, and enhance recovery support.
