Sagebrush Recovery Services provides peer recovery support tailored to individuals aged 18 and above seeking to live healthier lives free from substance misuse.
Ideal for individuals in the early stages of recovery, those transitioning from inpatient care, or anyone seeking ongoing support to maintain sobriety and well-being.


Accepts all forms of Medicaid. Self-pay options are available.​

Virtual Driving Simulation

with Rebecca Hayes, LPC

A virtual driving simulation program designed for individuals experiencing anxiety or low confidence behind the wheel. The program includes access to the Colorado Driver Handbook and is ideal for those preparing for their permit or license while developing long-term driving skills.
Recommended for clients in the post-acute or reintegration phases of brain injury recovery.

Boulder Semita Counseling

Susan Brown, MA, LPC, CBIS

Individual and group therapy for trauma, identity exploration, neurodivergence, and life transitions. Their team includes providers with experience in brain injury recovery, mindfulness-based, and somatic therapies.
This practice is a good fit for clients seeking longer-term therapy, trauma resolution work, or culturally responsive care beyond the acute phase of brain injury.
