What We Offer:

Individual therapy for adults, teens, and children living with the effects of concussion, TBI, stroke, or other acquired brain injuries.

Family therapy for parents, partners, and caregivers adjusting to life after injury.

Support for those experiencing brain injury alongside complex trauma, grief, anxiety, executive dysfunction, and/or chronic illness.

Affirming care for neurodivergent survivors and families navigating overlapping challenges.

Trauma-informed, brain-based approaches including education, somatic tools, identity reintegration, EMDR (if appropriate), and communication support.

Session Options:

30-minute sessions – ideal for focused support, fatigue-sensitive clients, executive function skills, and brief follow-ups
-
50-minute sessions – for deeper processing, skills-building, or family sessions
-
3-hour sessions- these "Deep Dive" sessions are designed for survivors who are navigating complexity, are able to engage for long amounts of time with frequent breaks, feel they are unable to communicate effectively in shorter sessions, and want to meet once monthly for true integration.
