REWIRE: Living with Brain Injury Group
A long-term support group for survivors at any stage after injury
Service Description
This group is for adults living with the long-term effects of brain injury, whether from a recent event (>6 months) or one that occurred years ago. We focus on rebuilding self-identity, navigating lasting changes, and developing practical tools for everyday life. Through structured support, trauma-informed care, and connection with others who understand, participants explore how to adapt, integrate, and move forward. Rewire your neurons and your life. Each participant completes a pre- and post-psychological evaluation to track growth and guide personalized recommendations. Format: 8 weekly sessions, 60 minutes each Includes: Individual psychological evaluations, group materials, personalized executive functioning training skills, and follow-up referrals and resources.
